- 2 Nights hotel in Pokhara @ Hotel City Park / Snow Peack.
- Daily buffet breakfast at the hotel.
- AC Vehicle Service throughout the tour.

- Sightseeing as per itinerary.
- All toll and parking fees.

COST EXCLUDES:
- Lunch & dinner.
- Any kind of personal expenses.
- All required entry fees and permits.
- Other costs not mentioned in inclusions.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We required 50% of the quoted price at the time of booking confirmation. After receiving 50% payment of quoted price in our A/C we will generate service confirmation voucher.
Additional 40% is required at least 7days prior to the travel date.
The remaining 10% must be settled within 7 seven days after the completion of the tour.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
From booking date till 7 days prior to departure, 30% of package cost, from 3 days to 7 days prior to departure 50% of package cost, from 24 hours to 3 days prior to departure 75% of package cost, for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure 100% of package cost will be charged. But, as of now, as we are issuing group size ticket for packages, any ticket once issued is hundred percent non-refundable, non-changeable.
In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
GUIDELINES:
The RT-PCR report has to be from within 48 before starting the journey. It will not be valid if date of test is more than 2 days (48 hours) before landing.
No institution or home quarantine is required if the tourist has tested negative either through RTPCR from an ICMR approved lab.
Mask mandatory and Bring sanitizer.
CONDITIONS:
- The mentioned package price is given initially; the price may change subject to the availability.
- Tickets and tour bookings are non-refundable once the package is finalized.
- Normally the hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 pm, but check-in can be done earlier or late check-out depending on the vacancy.
- We are not responsible for any political strikes, instability, grid lock, flight cancellations, natural disasters, immigration issues or anything beyond our control but you will be fully assisted to overcome.
