N. B: All other expenses like Notary, Translate, Valuation, Photocopy & Other will pay separately. Visa processing is Non-Refundable.

REQUIREMENTS

Basic Documents for Tourist visa (L-visa)

1. Ordinary valid passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application, with 2 or more blank visa pages.
2. Photocopy of the information page and extension page (if applicable) of the passport and last Chinese Visa copy (if applicable).
3. One fully completed Visa Application Form online with a recently-taken color passport photo (full face, front view, and bare head, against a light background). Then make a color copy of the above form.
4. The applicants may submit one of the following three types of documents:
   >> Round-trip air ticket booking and proof of a hotel reservation.
   >> Round-trip air ticket booking, and invitation letter issued by Chinese citizen with ID copy or issued by foreigner with passport copy and Chinese residence permit copy.
   >> Round-trip air ticket booking, and invitation letter issued by a travel agency in China with hotel list. The invitation letter should contain: Information of the applicant, Detail of the planned visit, Information of the inviter, Information of the inviting party.

For Business Visa (M-visa)

1. Ordinary valid passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application with 2 or more blank visa pages.
2. Photocopy of the information page and extension page (if applicable) of the passport and last Chinese Visa copy (if applicable).
3. One fully completed Visa Application Form online with a recently-taken color passport photo (full face, front view, and bare head, against a light background). Then make acolor copy of the above form.
4. The invitation letter issued by the Chinese company in mainland China. The invitation letter should contain: Information of the applicant, Detail of the planned visit, Information of the inviter, Information of the inviting party.
5. Employment letter.
6. The original and copy of residence, work or study permit with at least six months of remaining validity.

For Study Visa (F-visa)

1. Ordinary valid passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application, with 2 or more blank visa pages.
2. Photocopy of the information page and extension page (if applicable) of the passport and last Chinese visa copy (if applicable).
3. One fully completed Visa Application Form online with a recently-taken color passport photo (full face, front view, and bare head, against a light background). Then make a colorcopy of the above form.
4. The invitation letter issued by the Chinese company in mainland China. The invitation letter should contain: Information of the applicant, Detail of the planned visit, Information of the inviter, Information of the inviting party.
5. Employment letter.
6. The original and copy of residence, work or study permit with at least six months of remaining validity.

N.B: If necessary, the consular officer may require the applicant to provide other proof documents or supplementary materials, or require an interview with the applicant. The consular officer will decide on whether or not to issue the visa and on its validity, duration of stay and number of entries in light of specific conditions of the applicant.
